“The Ministry of Finance has also declared that the COVID-19 should be considered as a case of natural calamity and force majeure be invoked,” it added.

Force majeure refers to a clause that’s included in contracts to take away legal responsibility for pure and unavoidable catastrophes that interrupt the anticipated course of occasions and prohibit individuals from fulfilling obligations.
