Authorities on the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru have began to stamp ‘Home quarantine’ data with indelible ink on worldwide passengers. The stamp signifies final day of quarantine and the date until which passengers are suggested to residence quarantine themselves.
Earlier, Maharashtra authorities introduced that the folks present process residence quarantine for suspected publicity to the novel coronavirus shall be stamped on the left hand.
In an official launch, the state authorities stated the choice was taken at a gathering chaired by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and attended by district officers by video-conferencing.
As per protocol, folks arriving from coronavirus-affected areas are being put below residence quarantine as a precautionary measure whereas their samples are despatched for checks.
